“Ural-Dragmet” becomes the new owner of EZOCM JSC
RENOVA Group sold 92% of EZOCM JSC to Joint Stock Company "Ural-Dragmet", reducing its share to 4%. The deal has occurred in December, 2019. The costs of the deal are not disclosed.
The details will be announced after the Shareholders meeting and appointment of the new Board of Directors.
