Thermocouple wire

Wire made of platinum or platinum-rhodium alloys according to state standard GOST 10821-2007 is used in manufacturing of thermocouple wires - electrodes of thermoelectric temperature transducers.

The wire is in accordance with tolerance class 2 of the thermoEMF from the nominal static characteristics, is highly homogenous and stable during the operation in terms of the thermoEMF values.

Platinum wire for sensing elements fully meet the requirements of regulatory documents; high-quality materials and modern equipment are used for its manufacturing. Specialized equipment and measurement standards which are used for wire acceptance have certificates of verification and calibration.

Complete wire couples are accompanied by a list of equipment with the indicated actual deviations of thermoEMF from the NSС (nominal static characteristic) and a quality certificate.

It is possible to supply wires both in complete couples and individually.

Wire with a diameter exceeding 0.4 mm is delivered in coils with an inner diameter of 100 mm or more. Wire with a diameter less than 0.4 mm is delivered on metal or plastic spools with a winding diameter of 40 mm to 100 mm.
